  • Drafting demands
  • Onboarding clients
  • Drafting complaints, discovery, and assisting in the litigation stage
  • Medical records requests
  • Evidence assembly
  • Maintain case file organization and completion
  • Audit status of cases on monthly basis
  • Basic legal research
  • Direct client calls and questions to Associate Attorneys when it requires legal advice or discussion
  • Support and assist Associates/Attorneys
  • Coordinate with clients for supporting documents & work with Operations team to improve methods of client evidence gathering
  • Ensure proper input of supporting documents and detail information into CMS (Filevine)
  • Keep Attorney apprised on short term obligations as well as long term implications of expedient decisions
  • Maintain and service client relationship


  • 2+ years of pre-litigation and/or litigation experience

$50,000+ depending on experience
