Applicant must have extensive New Jersey personal injury and divorce litigation experience and be bilingual Spanish. Office is in Secaucus, New Jersey and applicant must have car to travel to location. Experience in this position is critical. Must be able to interface with clients and be able to keep accurate time records.

• Preparation of Pleadings and Discovery for New Jersey Superior Court, federal courts, both family and civil
• Ability to enter in Quickbooks, CRM software, Adobe, and other law software.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven track record with other employers
• Able to be part of a team, and to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and personal skills communicating with clients
