Seeking a litigation paralegal with no less than seven (7) years of litigation-related experience in state and federal courts in California and possibly Texas. The successful candidate will be proficient in document review/repository search platforms, Teams and related conferencing applications. Financial services background a plus. Quarterly presence required at Texas headquarters for meetings and trial coordination.

• Manage litigation calendar and deadlines
• Basic research, cite-checking and briefing
• Extensive produced document review and creation of privilege logs
• Occasional creditor filings for bankruptcy
• Occasional site inspections and client coordination

• Bachelor's degree
• State paralegal certification
• Ability to travel to trial sites and customer sites domestically and internationally
• Strict confidentiality of all client information
• Ability and personality to run a litigation unit comprised of 3 attorneys in several offices in two states
