We need an experienced IP litigation paralegal to join our team and work directly with our litigation attorneys to help our clients. The person we hire must be able to hit the ground running and work independently. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures involved with federal court litigation and must have unmatched personal and professional integrity. Knowledge about Florida state court is also desired. This may be a hybrid work position meaning the days you come into the office are flexible.

We love to help people learn and grow. We recognize that starting any new position will require a level of learning and growth. However, we only expect that what is learned is retained. The candidate must take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding, including effectively managing an ever-expanding caseload.

Additional benefits include, at a minimum, health insurance, paid holidays, and the ability to participate in the firm’s 401K plan once prerequisites are met. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), but fewer hours may be possible.

• BS or AA in legal studies or as a paralegal
• Experience with federal litigation
• Impeccable writing skills including able to draft minor motions
