Immigration and Injury Attorneys is a growing law firm dedicated to helping people hurt due to the negligence of others. We need an attorney well-versed in Litigation Plaintiff’s work who loves helping people and who knows that at the end of the day, it’s about coming up with solutions for each client’s unique needs and giving them peace of mind. An understanding of immigration (or a desire to learn immigration) is a major bonus point! Fluency in Spanish is also a plus!

We are not your typical law firm. We are seeking to help as many clients as possible. We are poised for aggressive growth, and we’re looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give our clients outstanding representation. You need to have compassion, the ability to build relationships with clients, excellent negotiation skills, and to make sure they are represented and well-taken care of throughout the process.

  • Develop a strategic approach and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants
  • Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
  • Cultivate relationships with the firms existing and future clients
  • Manages a large caseload
  • Manage full case handling responsibilities from inception through settlement
  • Effectively take or monitor statements of clients or third parties
  • Independently handle decision making on a case by case bases
  • Regularly consult with clients, adjusters, and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward to settlement
  • Effectively negotiate settlements including all aspects of liability and damages
  • Monthly case reviews
  • Litigate cases in court
  • Confirm vital correspondence and notices with insurance companies
  • Review demands with clients
  • Settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third-party interests.
  • Build client cases, verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery;
  • Analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases)
  • Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement

  • Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
  • Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients
  • Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
  • Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
