These leads are solid and closing. In 2018, the team closed over 200 transactions and $200 million in sales volume as well as grew our presence throughout Southern California.

As a Listing Specialist, we expect you to work efficiently and to use the leverage and marketing systems of the number one ranked team in the Greater Long Beach area within your listing presentations and sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generate, meet with clients to discuss their listing needs, and follow up to sign listings
  • Work with our team to lead the listing process and create happy clients for repeat and referral business
  • Be the face of the Anderson Real Estate Group at networking and community events
  • Always be lead generating and building rapport
  • Be a fierce negotiator
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Have a demonstrated record of sales success not only within Real Estate but other fields as well
  • Be motivated and hungry to not only secure the business but to lead the transaction
  • Be available, responsive, and relentless--this is a position that you are willing to work all sorts of hours to achieve great financial success
Compensation
$150,000 or more based upon commission sales success
