As a Listing Specialist for the Chubb Realty Group, you are the hub for clients contacting us on all fronts, by telephone, email or the web. You have the charm to engage a client contacting us for the very first time, the confidence and knowledge to advise sellers on their home sale and the follow through to keep our sellers informed while their home is active on the market.

You will have the latest in listing technology at your fingertips, marketing power that most offices do not have and the support and network for a team with over 30 years experience.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to all listing leads promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with listing leads based on their timelines.
  • Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
  • Advise clients to stage, price and market homes.
  • Contact customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing and the market trends.
  • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests as well as work with out bound seller prospects.
  • Work expired leads and FSBO lead sources.

As a Listing Agent on the team, you will be assisting with all aspects of the listing process including:

  •  Setting appointments.
  •  Making prospecting phone calls.
  •  Attending appointments.
  •  Meeting contractors.
  •  Answering client questions and scheduling. 
  •  Conducting listing presentations.

Once the property goes under agreement, then our transaction coordinator takes over keeping you doing what you do best... Listing houses!

Qualifications
  • You need to have high energy! 
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). 
  • Strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone. 
  • Ability to use or quickly learn a real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. 
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit group where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Active MA Real Estate license 
Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 commission sales
