We are seeking an outstanding individual to assist seller clients with selling their most valuable asset!

As Listing Specialist you will prospect for and acquire new clients who want to list and sell their homes. This will be done on a daily basis from various outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will also have the information needed to prospect home owners who have either failed to sell with another agent or have tried to sell on their own and have not succeeded. We will provide you the budget, systems, tools and leverage to create these deals. The average agent gets bogged down by so much of the administrative work required to facilitate gaining a listing and processing a listing that they ultimately cannibalize their per hour value. Joining this team will ensure the per hour earnings are maximized as well as that the sellers we work with are receiving the absolute highest customer service in the industry.

You will be mentored by and work along side our team listing specialist who takes about 80 individual owned listings per year and has an extremely high success rate. The ideal candidate will generate a percentage of their own sales and passively receive the other portion of their clients and seller opportunities. This will ensure business continues during months an agent was busy and will avoid the roller coaster effect most Realtors see in their income. The company will ensure mitigation of financial risk for the listing specialist, shorten the time required to ultimately find success and life balance as well as ensure a solid predictable income for the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. The right candidate will maintain a high degree of emotional intelligence and will have the ability to adapt to situations with seller clients to achieve the most success possible.

The beauty of this position is you will learn to garner your own appointments and client and also be supplemented by listing appointments and leads from the team Inside Sales Agent as well as the Team Leader who often create as many as an additional 10 seller opportunities on a monthly basis, if not more. This is a position for someone who is a passionate sales person, a consultant at heart and who truly has a desire to help people achieve their goals. Responsibilities
  • Primary duties include outbound prospecting to FSBO and expired sellers to convey our unique selling proposition to get results. The ideal prospect must have no fear of making calls to strangers and also possess the ability to get prospects to know you, like you and trust you.
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
  • Work with clients and listing manager to stage, price and market homes. Work hand in hand with the team listing manager and transaction manager who will assist you in the 80% of work that keeps most agents from accomplishing their 20% that leads to the high income everyone desires.
  • Work closely with Buyers Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Call customers 2 times per month to provide feedback on their listing and to coach them in a direction that will allow them to meet their goals in a timely manner.
  • Overall management of sales pipeline from prospecting through to a successful closing. 
  • Team will offer the absolute newest technology to enhance your ability to manage time and increase efficiency. Its not hours you put in, but more importantly what you put into the hours.
Qualifications
  • Real Estate License in Texas required
  • Track record of past sales experience
  • Quick on your feet

  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
