Responsibilities

• Respond to all listing leads/requests within 3 minutes of receipt.

• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.

• Be able to attract quality team members and oversee accountability leadership

• Handle all aspects of MLS and signs up/down.

• Network to source new business as needed.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License already acquired

• 2+ years of Real Estate leadership experience

• Professional in attitude and appearance with ability to connect with a variety of personalities.

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent people skills and passion for sales.

• Extremely strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

• Be a team player who thrives on building and working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.

Compensation
$75,000-$100,000 annually (based upon results) 100% Commission based
