The primary purpose of the Listing Specialist position is to be the client care representative for the team ensuring all details about the listing are posted accurately and attractive to buyers.

Pay Range: $75,000 to $150,000 year; Commission

Responsibilities

Listing Specialist Position Duties include:

  • Go on Listing Appointments that are pre-set by our Inside Sales Team
  • Expectation to Close at least 36 listings per year from the appointments that are set by our Inside Sales Team
  • Prospect for leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Attend appointments scheduled by other team members
  • Prep for listing appointment
  • Prep all documents for the Listing Coordinator
  • Set expectations for clients, follow up weekly with clients, and review all offers with clients
  • Handle all sales negotiations
  • Attend closings and ensure clients have A+ client care

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active Real Estate License preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain a Michigan Real Estate License QUICKLY
  • Current Driver’s License and willing to spend a large amount of time traveling by car
  • Customer Service Experience and/or real estate background preferred
  • People-oriented with a positive and customer-focused attitude and the ability to be a strong advocate for clients
  • Excellent interpersonal communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong sales mentality
  • Exercise active listening with clients and co-workers
  • Detailed oriented, good organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
  • Proficiency with various technologies, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Mgt.) and Google Apps., MS Office Applications, and ability to learn new applications or systems quickly
  • Able to spend a large amount of time in the car and driving
  • Willing and committed to continued learning and self-development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well when under pressure

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer Service and/or real estate experience.

Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
