The Jesse Herfel Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced, motivated real estate professional to join our team as a Listing Specialist. The ideal agent is someone who will work hard and pursue to be #1!

Our full-time Listing Specialist will work closely with our Inside Sales and Transaction Team to achieve a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction. We strive to bring the best client care to all our customers. Our system ensures repeat and referral business! We offer substantial training to help you develop your skills as a sales person. We also will furnish the tools necessary to lead generate efficiently and effectively. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to set and qualify listing appointments  
  • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements
  • Provide potential sellers with an in-home consultation; demonstrate CMA results and different sale options (i.e. open market, investor buy out, etc.) 
  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale 
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for sellers
  • Have the ability to recognize potential flip opportunities for investors (training provided) 
  • Ability to memorize and internalize scripts without modification

Qualifications
  • Oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close
  • Market the home as appropriate
  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for sale by owners and expireds, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Calm under pressure
  • Constant communication with listing agents, sellers, and transaction coordinator on a daily basis
  • Active Real Estate License Required 
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
