About the Role:
The Listing Project Manager is the face of the Kaminsky Real Estate Group and serves as the primary point of contact for our high-end sellers. This is a critical sales support role accountable for providing consistent high-touch listing service to our clients and coordinating multiple efforts that directly impact and contribute to the success of our listings. Chief among these duties is providing clients with frequent updates and feedback on their home sale using KRG’s proprietary 14-day Honeymoon Plan roadmap. A successful Listing Project Manager will be comfortable providing significant proactive communication to our clients and be able to effectively prioritize and support multiple listings simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project manager for all activities within the listing process
  • Collaborate with Listing Agents and Sellers to facilitate listing activities including visiting the seller at their home to get details of the home
  • Facilitate the KRG team’s ability to generate multiple offers for sellers
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team for open house fulfillment
  • Follow the “Honeymoon Plan” roadmap providing sellers with daily communication and marketing updates throughout the first 14 days of their listing, consistently reassuring sellers of the effectiveness of the Kaminsky marketing plan
  • Provide weekly updates to sellers after completion of the Honeymoon Plan
  • Coordinate with KRG Marketing team to produce and publish all materials required for the property marketing plan
  • Instill confidence in sellers in the KRG marketing plan and sales strategy; reassure sellers that everything possible is being done to market their home properly
  • Assist sellers with understanding the impacts of overpricing a home on its ability to sell; communicate how current price may be negatively impacting buyer interest when required and ask for price reductions as appropriate
  • Complete Listing Agreement and utilize listing checklists
  • Facilitate prompt, accurate and diligent, completion of seller disclosure paperwork
  • Conduct administrative processing and facilitate completion of all paperwork associated with required listing files
  • Ensure company maintains compliance with all MLS listing requirements
  • Maintain updates within the CRM and other tech stack software

Qualifications

Required

  • 2-5 years of Real Estate, Marketing, and/or other sales experience
  • Self-starter with a penchant for attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at client satisfaction and sales support
  • Capable of supporting a full-time schedule with evening and weekend flexibility
  • Project and/or event management experience

Preferred

  • Current or former Licensed Real Estate Agent

Desired

  • Project Management Certification

Compensation
$65,000 - $90,000 yearly
