The Listing Manager is an integral role within our team, one which has a significant impact on the business and experience for both our team members and clients. Responsible for overseeing the successful launch of new listings within the MLS, implementing, tracking, and quarterbacking all the marketing around our listings, events, and CAZA brand, and ensuring a seamless and smooth hand-off to our transaction management team once a listing goes under contract are essential functions of this role. The goal for this position is to manage the consistent, predictable, and trackable marketing/lead generation systems for sellers, buyers, and agents. Listing Management -
Graphic Design -Activate and oversee graphic designer for all the outward and inward-facing materials including, but not limited to:
Video Content - Work with video vendor (typically Kim Chevez Photography) to get necessary content for topics including, but not limited to:
Manage Online Marketing processes, typically executed by listing marketing virtual assistants, including, but not limited to:
Event Planning - Work with the Director of Growth to plan and market for annual community events, including but not limited to:
Provide Raving Fans Service by helping educate and guide clients and agents on how they can successfully list, market, and sell their homes. Provide leadership and mentorship to the virtual assistant team. Exemplify our FORWARD culture and contribute ideas, skills, and knowledge to the greater growth of the CAZA team.
Working hours are weekdays between 8:30 am-5 pm EST and paid leave can be requested so long as 48 hours notice is given. Working remotely is available.
