• Serve as the main point of contact for all listing agents on the team
• Serve as the main point of contact for sellers during the listing process
• Maintains and follows up on all listing-related paperwork to ensure accuracy
• Schedule staging, photography, sign, and lock box installation
• Ensures timeliness, follow-through, and continued contact throughout the listing process and maintains a high level of customer service
• Provide recommendations for vendors while sellers prepare to list
• Enter all listing information and photos in FMLS, GAMLS, and NGBOR
• Market property on all major sites including social media and verify the accuracy of syndication
• Ensure all listings are promoted during the coming soon and active phase
• Keep the listing agents informed, assist with issues as needed
• Ensure a smooth process from the time a new listing is taken until under contract

• Develops strong rapport with both clients and team
• Demonstrates highly effective organizational/project management skills
• Deadline driven
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task error-free and remain calm under stress 
• Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
• Has a real estate license or willing to obtain one within 60 days
