Our Listing Manager partner will work with agents, clients and vendors from the moment a listing is signed until it goes live. A fun job that's different every day!

Responsibilities

Duties of Listing Manager

Meet with Agent

  • What promises did you make?
  • What do I need to know about these sellers?
  • What paperwork do I/they already have?

First Meeting with Agents and Clients

  • Ask clients for preferred showing
  • Photos on iPhone
  • Listing input form (ask for schools, buses, etc)
  • Give client seller disclosures
  • Work list
  • Get copy of keys
  • Take notes for silent talkers and marketing remarks
  • Ask client for the top 10 things they love

Preparing listing to go live

  • Touch base with clients
  • Lockbox and bootie box (add box number to file)
  • Order sign
  • Mark yard for sign
  • Schedule staging
  • Schedule photographer for photos
  • Drop off silent talkers
  • Schedule pre-inspection if needed
  • Landscaping
  • Cleaning
  • Follow up on work list items
  • Oil tank decommission if needed

Marketing

  • Touch base with clients
  • Marketing comments for the MLS
  • Create fliers for the house
  • Create fliers for the agents’ open houses
  • Create permaflier

Pre-Live Walkthrough

  • Take fliers and/or brochures to house
  • Check staging
  • Check cleanliness
  • Drop off fliers
  • Check that sign is up
  • Put up perma sign
  • Put up USP

Going Live

  • Touch base with clients
  • Send out postcards
  • Set up open house dates
  • Prepare the open house (catering, entertainment, etc)
  • Prepare brokers open
  • Assign open houses to agents
  • Sort photos

Listing File

  • Lock box number
  • Listing Checklist
  • Client contact info

Managing Listing

  • Send out reverse prospecting on MLS
  • Sent out weekly updates
  • Brivity
  • Text for feedback
  • Update clients with feedback
Qualifications

Must have Listing Manager experience in the Real Estate field! 

Must be very detailed oriented, able to focus in any environment. Must love being process and systems oriented -- not only using existing ones but also creating them where they don't exist yet.

A great attitude and a high level of integrity is a must! Can you give a promise then work it out to make it happen? Are you happy in the face of chaos? Do you love talking to people and finding solutions? Are you a checklist freak? Then you are for us!!!

Compensation
$40,000+ bonus
