We are looking for a top-notch Listing Manager to join our growing team of real estate professionals. The Listing Manager is first and foremost responsible for ensuring that all upcoming, current, and closed listings are fully managed and that the supporting tasks are executed with a high-standard of accuracy and efficiency, including overseeing the activities and tasks of the Listing Coordinator. Additionally, the Listings Manager will build and maintain positive rapport with our clients to ensure each listing is receiving the best possible representation from our team. Moving the listing process from contract to launch to close will be a critical aspect of this role. This position requires an extremely well-organized, self-directed, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. The ability to problem-solve on the spot will also be critical as the pace of the real estate industry is ever-changing and priorities are constantly being re-ordered.
The Listing Manager should be willing to go the extra mile for our clients, they should be able to manage a listing launch timeline and adjust well to ever changing deadlines. This person should have strong management skills, a high level of comfort when dealing with a variety of client needs, a desire to do things the right way, a service based attitude and a proven ability to succeed.
