Who are you? You should be: organized, positive, a good communicator (both written and verbal), methodical, possess excellent computer skills, a good sense of humor, a fast learner with a quick mind and willing to work hard and smart. 

It is preferred that you have a valid Florida Real Estate License, and if not, that you would be willing to obtain one. It is also preferable if you have worked with MLS and Dotloop. 

Not a worry if you do not have these preferences as long as you are willing to put in the work as we are willing to provide on-the-job training plus all the tools to help you succeed!

Responsibilities

Prepare Listing Agent for Listing Appointments:

  • Prepare comparative market listing analysis
  • Prepare report cards for Agent comparison
  • Prepare listing documents
  • Email appointment information to seller and confirm by phone day of appointment
  • Create home selling package

Execute Listing Packages:

  • Create a job jacket
  • Review all paperwork for completion
  • Follow up for any missing or incorrectly completed documents
  • If listing appointment was by phone, prepare and send all documents for electronic signature thru Doc-U-Sign
  • Introduction phone call to seller: review all documents and request any warranties, surveys, termite bond, etc. from seller
  • Schedule second call to review sellers disclosure and seller questionnaire in detail with seller
  • Follow Honey Moon Seller Checklist closely
  • If condominium, obtain condominium documents from Homeowner's Association
  • If single family home with HOA, obtain HOA documents
  • Follow Listing Checklist closely
  • Schedule photography appointment
  • Get lock box on property
  • Input listing on MLS
  • Record message for property on Sign Rider
  • Order "For Sale" sign for property
  • Prepare weekly showing feedback report for buyer
  • Input price reductions when Listing Agent negotiates
  • Schedule Open Houses
  • Prepare offer emails when offers come in and forward to seller / listing agent
  • Call lender to vet buyer for loan
  • Send accepted offers out for signature
  • Email executed contract out to sellers and buyer’s agent
  • Hand off file to Closing Coordinator and brief on file

Preliminary Listings: Until “live on market”, Coordinate the Following:

  • Obtain list of all to be done and timeline for all work
  • Monitor repairs daily or weekly depending on nature of work
  • Obtain all receipts and paperwork for completed work
  • Remain in close contact with sellers
  • Update Comparative Market Analysis if Pre Lim status is longer than 2 months


Administrative Functions:

  • Maintain Team calendar
  • Review team emails
  • Additional administrative work as needed




Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Post-secondary coursework preferred but not required

•    Two years administrative experience preferably in real estate office

•    Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products

•    Typing speed of 45 wpm minimum

•    Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently

•    Effective oral and written communication skills and an excellent customer service focus

•    Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

•    Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail; high degree of accuracy

•    Strong work ethic

•    Willing to work client based events, which are currently planned for twice a year


Compensation
$30,000 -$ 38,000 yearly DOE
