We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate stagings and photography for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. You'll also walk clients through the entire listing process and provide them a 5-star experience. The right candidate will be detailed, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Compensation

  • $40,000 -$50,000 dependent on experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period

Responsibilities
  • Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
  • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research

  • Manage listings from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
  • Create and execute the marketing plan for each listing and for the team
  • Oversee admin side of all sales and marketing technology and systems
  • Maintain CRM and databases with current client information, updating as needed
  • Schedule inspections, photos, and other events as needed throughout the selling process
  • Communicate consistently with sellers to keep them up to date throughout the selling process
  • Maintain and execute current processes in place and develop and implement updates as needed
  • Develop, implement, and execute new social media plans
  • Manage, plan, and execute all team and client events
  • Answer phones and greet clients entering the office

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns is a plus
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including Brivity, Canva, Adobe Suite (mainly InDesign and Photoshop), project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell
  • Will handle luxury clients so must present well
  • Must represent self and team in a professional manner
  • MUST RESIDE WITHIN 30-35 minutes of the office at 45669 Hayes Road, Shelby Township, MI, 48315

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
