The Listing Coordinator is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people, as well as maintaining deadlines and milestones. This individual will be assigned various listing duties, such as converting appointments to agreements, creating timelines and deliverables, assigning plans and tasks, and launching marketing action plans for listings. They will also be responsible for the "Contract to Close" process for listing clientele ensuring communications are maintained, deadlines met, and delivering a 5* experience The ideal candidate would have a proven that he/she possesses a skillset and leadership traits to facilitate and own the role of listing management, provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging, and assist with various other listing management duties as needed. The Listing Coordinator will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals. They are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing his/her own skills and developing into a leader within the team. As he/she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional listing team members to profitable results. 

Responsibilities

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Coordinate all aspects of contract to close with listing portfolio
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through closing
  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
  • May consult with sellers to accomplish and coordinate necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning
  • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as neededand provideupdates to Director of OPS and Listing Agent
  • Maintain daily communication with Director of Operations Client Care, agent team, and sellers

Qualifications

  • Experience Preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented and has the ability to take charge
  • Learning based
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • High school graduate
  • Real estate license (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 with incentive based bonus structure
