Team Lally Real Estate of Keller Williams Honolulu is now hiring for a full-time Listing Coordinator (Formal Start Date: January 16, 2023).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreements, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes.
  • Coordinate the marketing campaign for each listing, including working with agents to stage the property and take photos of it to advertise online, via radio, and through partnerships.
  • Proactively communicate with sellers to resolve any issues that may arise during the listing process.
  • Answering questions from Real Estate Agents about listings, and scheduling showings.
  • Gathering information about prospective buyers’ finances and motivations for purchasing.
  • Coordinating with the closing teams to ensure that all documents are signed and filed on time.
  • Working with other members of the real estate team, such as transaction managers, appraisers, or agents, to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly.
  • Preparing reports detailing a property’s performance over time, including a number of showings, offers made, and price changes.
  • Responsible for preparing listing information, procuring signatures for listing agreements, and overseeing listings on MLS and social media.
  • Coordinate open houses, showings, and cleanings for properties and track the team’s sales activity.
  • Work with Listing Agents to gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research.
  • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, seller’s disclosures, and other required documentation and send them to the real estate broker for file compliance.
  • Communicate new listings to the team and arrange for Team Lally agent previews and social media and e-blasts.
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell.
  • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales.
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active real estate license in the state of Hawaii.
  • Some real estate experience, whether transaction management, lending, property management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
$50,000+ with bonus opportunities
