We are looking for an organized, energetic full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with a real estate license, good interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. The perfect candidate for this role may be a licensed agent that has realized they prefer the back end or support side of real estate more so than the selling, cold calling, door knocking, etc. Or perhaps the perfect candidate has worked on the support side for another real estate team or company and is looking for more growth opportunities.

Flexible work from home options. Some nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from the first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Attend listing appointments with the listing agent
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client. Negotiate repair request
  • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Possess a real estate license
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred (2 years)
  • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills


Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
