We are seeking a Full-Time Listing Coordinator for our Guilford office who is extremely detail-oriented and passionate about providing world-class customer service with our listing process all the while ensuring a successful and enjoyable transaction for our valued home sellers.

  • We are looking for someone who can manage at least 100 active files at a time, with a desire to grow and increase business for the department.
  • Maintaining coming soon listings from inception through the active phase. Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the listing process.
  • Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all Listing contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved.
  • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure the listing process is successful and stress-free while keeping the client advised of the process.
  • Responsible for the open house procedures, print marketing, and weekly marketing updates to clients on all active listings.
  • Responsible for maintaining an orderly office, ensuring supplies are stocked, the mail is organized and agent material is available.
  • Maintains all vendor and service provider files.


  • Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson License
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent work ethic; dedicated to exceptional customer service
  • Professional written and verbal skills
  • Prior TC experience or minimum 20 transactions personally closed in the previous 3 years
  • Ability to maintain a minimum of 100 active files
