The successful candidate will be a Florida licensed real estate agent, highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable delivering a high level of customer service, and always focused on creating a “client for life”. Duties will include a collection of information as well as to disclosures and applicable documentation for input to the Multiple Listing Service and various CRM's and websites; working with customers and vendors for photography, repairs, etc., some marketing activities, regular and ongoing customer service calls including calls related to the pricing and offer negotiations.
