Our Team is seeking a customer-centric, creative, and enthusiastic Listing Marketing Assistant looking to join our growing real estate team. Our Listing Marketing Assistant will be responsible for working alongside our Team Leader and Operations Manager in order to coordinate marketing efforts for our residential real estate listings, professionally communicate with clients on a daily basis, assist in the development of new marketing strategies, set up team events, manage social media, and assist in all other administrative duties.

Please note: This job requires the ability to work in and outside of the office. Our Listing Marketing Assistant may need to travel outside of the office to meet with clients and complete tasks associated with this role on a regular basis. Our LMA will be reimbursed for costs associated with out of office travel which will be outlined within the Employment Agreement.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
  • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
  • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
  • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies
  • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers

  • Listing management
  • Frequent Client communication (This is important!)
  • Marketing (Design, create and placement of marketing materials print and online)
  • All additional Administrative support for Real Estate Sales Team
  • Assist Team Leader and Director of Operations on various projects, business development and client care
  • Oversee all aspects of client communication during the home listing process
  • Prepare all listing materials as directed by the Operations Manager
  • Obtain all home information, specifications, features, and other critical information from Seller Clients
  • Coordinate and schedule photography, videography, sign installation and all other vendor services
  • Monitor and communicate with virtual marketing assistant on a regular basis to ensure all marketing activities are carried out and MLS input is accurate
  • Create Listing Descriptions for our teams listings and input MLS data
  • Manage marketing and prepare sales team and clients for weekly Open Houses
  • Prepare and deliver in-home marketing materials to all clients (real estate brochures, feature sheets, etc.)
  • Obtain showing feedback for all listings and review with sellers on a weekly basis
  • Assist in the production and creation of all marketing materials for the J Alexander brand
  • Manage Social Media pages, Social media ads, newsletters, and creating content and designing graphics for various postings
  • Fielding and responding to inquiries from clients, cooperating agents and call-in seller / buyer leads
  • Meeting with clients to obtain signed agreements, deliver or collect marketing material, or fill-in on the behalf of the lead agent when needed
  • Plan and execute client appreciation and community events
  • Fielding and responding to inquiries from clients, cooperating agents and call-in seller / buyer leads
  • Assist Operations Manager and Team Lead with lead generation systems and database management

Qualifications
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required
  • Team player
  • Develop new concepts based on input
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy
  • Creative with a good eye for design
  • Strong ability to connect with people and maintain frequent communication with clients
  • All candidates must complete the WizeHire DISC Assessment to be considered for this position.

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly + Bonus Structure
