Dynamic Real Estate Team is searching for an individual to handle real estate listings from pre-listed to under contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves a rapid-paced, fun, ever-changing environment. Training will be provided, but some real estate experience required. A positive attitude is a must!

Listing Coordinators are individuals assigned to ensure agents are able to market, present, and successfully list and sell a seller's property by preparing materials, communicating with clients, vendors, and agents, and uploading the listing into the MLS. Continuing client care, communicating with agents, and followup on all showings are a must, until property is under contract. In some real estate offices, the Listing Coordinator carries dual responsibilities and works with a Marketing Coordinator. Together, the Listing and Marketing Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that each property receives maximum exposure using various media. The ultimate goal is to get the best price for a listing, resulting in a satisfied seller.


Job responsibilities of the Listing Coordinator include:

  • Client services, friendly and helpful, service oriented 
  • Follow and be held accountable to team listing process 
  • Update team listing process as required by team leaders 
  • Communicate by phone as needed with clients (minimum of once per week), agents, and vendors throughout the listing process 
  • Prepare listing agreements and listing paperwork as needed 
  • Assist clients with paperwork 
  • Coordinate team runner scheduling 
  • Order/schedule home stager 
  • Order virtual tour and photography through preferred vendor 
  • Enter all elements required for listings into MLS and maintain listing until under contract 
  • Enter listing into CRM - online management platform giving all parties to the transaction access to documents pertaining to and notes on the current status update of process 
  • Verify the property tax information in the MLS 
  • Ensure all input of listing data is correct 
  • Upload photos, seller’s disclosure, survey, property info, other docs, virtual tour etc. into MLS 
  • Assign Supra lockbox and Text Rider in systems 
  • Post listings on office websites, personal websites, etc. – maintain throughout 
  • Design and production of marketing flyer and/or 
  • Just listed cards produced and mailed with preferred vendor 
  • Schedule open houses in MLS and sent to print for advertisement if applicable 
  • Order production of marketing material and have delivered at property 
  • Maintain daily showing feedback 
  • Weekly updates Monday-Tuesday with feedback update pertaining to property 
  • Complete and submit specific office paperwork that pertains to the file 
  • Database management 
  • Website maintenance 
  • Design and production of marketing flyer and/or collaboration with marketing coordinator 
  • Coordinate Just Listed/Sold cards produced and mailed with marketing coordinator 
  • Schedule open houses in MLS and sent to print for advertisement if applicable 
  • Order production of marketing material and have delivered at property 
  • Maintain daily showing feedback 
  • Review all documents and contracts to ensure all addenda, amendments, and other paperwork are correctly signed and executed 
  • Maintain all client files, making sure all phone numbers are correct and accessible, and all paperwork is filed correctly 
  • Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all listings and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution 
  • Set and confirm appointments as needed 
  • Write thank you notes to clients, and mail items as necessary 
  • Answer phones 
  • Adhere to scheduled days and actions plans 
  • Daily office duties 
  • Keep a neat and tidy desk/office

  • Ability to assist in routine office and transaction tasks

$12.50/hr + bonus/plan
