We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Responsibilities
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
  • Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
  • Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team

  • Show expert skills with online social media outlets via ads, posts, and driving paper clicks to our website

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
  • May consult with sellers to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning
  • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
  • Monitor performance of social media ads daily and drive customers to our website

Qualifications
  • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
  • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
  • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred

  • Must be licensed in real estate or willing to obtain a license
  • Must have immense social media marketing experience and knowledge

Compensation
$17 - $24 per hour, DOE
