We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property inspections, and open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. - Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
- Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
- Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied
- Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
- Thrives on providing excellent customer service
- Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license
- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
- Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
