The Details:

Salary: $55,000-$70,000 and bonuses

Benefits: Paid vacation, parking, contribution to medical benefits

Hours: M-F, 9:30-6:30, 40 + hours a week, flexibility on evenings and weekends required

• Handle all listing coordination, a high volume of real estate transactions, and be on top of constant communication with all parties involved in the transaction
  
• Lead the transaction process as the transaction coordinator ensuring that all required paperwork including contracts, addenda and disclosures are current and accurately executed
  
• Assist with marketing campaigns and marketing materials for the team
  
• Phone, email and calendar management
  
• Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
  
• Task management
  
• Keep the Agent committed to key tasks
  

Is this the perfect job for you? 

• A FL real estate license is preferred but not required for this opportunity
  
• 2+ years of Real Estate transaction management and listing management experience
  
• Ideally, you have high volume transaction experience (handling 10+ transactions per month) and are knowledgeable in handling contracts and drafting offers
  
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales practices, escrow process, etc.
  
• Superior oral and written communication skills, with an ability to handle expectations
  
• Detail-oriented especially when drafting contracts
  
• Extraordinary relationship management skills
  
• Assertive and highly adaptable with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
  
• Able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner
  
• Committed to standards of the highest integrity and ethics
