We are in search of an administrative assistant for our top-ranking real estate team. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond”, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level. This position requires a highly detail-oriented and systematic individual that helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all listing and transaction management
  • Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials
  • Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
  • Manage administrative tasks including reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, answering phones, facilitating communication between customers and team members, taking minutes, etc
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications
  • This position requires some evening and weekend work
  • Possess or currently working toward a real estate license
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Displays exceptional communication, time management, organization, and customer service skills

  • A valid Real Estate License is not required but highly preferred
  • Must have extensive knowledge using Google platform and gmail accounts

Compensation
$24,600 yearly
