The Listing Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to all sellers from the time we sign a listing until it closes with our team. This includes coordinating all aspects to prepare the home to be on the market and to ensure the home is marketed to sell. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, a proactive self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast, high-volume without becoming flustered.

The Listing Manager is an individual who is outgoing, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. Listing Manager must be adaptable to change and be solutions-oriented. They will manage the entire listing and contract-to-close process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions are handled in a timely manner, with little or no hassle to clients. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and be a problem solver.

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from the time our agents take a listing until the time the listing closes.
• Responsible for creating, inputting, and maintaining listings in the MLS, Zillow, and all other real estate websites and creating listing property descriptions.
• Coordinate Photography, Sign Installation, Home Staging, and all aspects of listing a home.
• Coordinate and Market Open Houses.
• Track Lockbox and Open House Sign Inventory
• Create social media posts and blog posts for each listing.
• Prepare print marketing and send mailings, deliver fliers, and other materials to client's homes.
• Responsible for keeping the Listing Agent updated on the progress of all seller communications, contracts, and deadlines.
• Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Maintain Vendor List and Provide Home Vendors to Clients and Agents.
• Coordinate staging, repairs, and home improvements required for showing the property.

• Solid knowledge of photoshop and Canva
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
