This is a high impact position working directly with clients and reporting directly to the CEO / owner of a highly productive Real Estate business. We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, polished professional who loves details and is charged by multi-tasking; we need someone who can keep up! This person solves problems before they arise, is quick on their toes, is deadline oriented and sees tasks through from beginning to end. This individual will manage current and coming soon listing inventory and report directly to the owner providing administrative support, keeping his calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate all things listing oriented.

This is a challenging and at times fast-paced deadline oriented position requiring an exemplary work ethic, the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency and infallible follow-through. Organizational and creative problem solving skills are imperative. He or she must be technologically savvy, extremely proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word, familiar with iPads, iPhones and Google Office Suite. They must work well under pressure and hold core values that align with those of the family and its business.

The role is best-suited for a self-starter with a high level of energy, professional drive, the ability to function independently and a positive attitude.

  • Provide outstanding administrative and client support
  • Regular correspondence (verbally, in person and/or written) with clients, vendors and service providers; greeting guests, answering phones
  • Proficiency with technology and Apps and adaptability to new technologies 
  • Manage listing calendar events
  • Coordinate all property needs (staging, photography, keys, lockbox, contractors)
  • Management of all listing activity and systems
  • Marketing property to public through multiple channels
  • Manage property showings
  • Assume personal responsibility for understanding and performing duties following the core values of the family and its business 
  • Ability to recognize hurdles and head them off before they are a problem; be one step ahead
  • Exercise high level of confidentiality, discretion and loyalty
  • Treat others with respect and work well as a team for optimal efficiency
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Maximum proficiency across IOS, MAC, PC and other mobile platforms
  • Expert in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Flash Player, Reader, Dropbox, Google Drive
  • Highest standards of honesty and integrity

Required Experience:

  • Administrative Support:  1 year
  • Real Estate Experience helpful, but not necessary
