Responsibilities
  • Prospect and follow-up with leads.
  • Present your services as a Real Estate Agent to buyers and sellers.
  • Host open houses.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries.
  • Schedule listing appointments and present your listing presentation with clients.
  • Educate clients on their home buying and/or selling experience.
  • Show properties.
  • Enter ARMLS information and market your listings.
  • Manage your transactions from listing to escrow.
  • Live and breathe your expertise in the residential real estate market.
Qualifications

  • Real Estate license or the ability to get one.
  • Professional in attitude and appearance.
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.

$100,000 at plan
