- Daily team accountability meetings and scripts practice.
- Daily prospecting for lead generation.
- Acquiring clients for purchase or sale of real estate and offering the highest level of customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Hosting weekly open houses during the week/weekends.
- Tracking and reporting numbers.
- Weekly team meetings.
- Monthly closing quotas.

- Respond to all listing leads/requests.
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
- Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes.
- Handle all aspects of MLS data entry and signs up/down.
- Call customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing and keep them informed of the current market their home is in.
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
