• Prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities for new listing appointments.
• Track all outbound and inbound lead generation activities: from leads-contacts-appointments-contracts.
• Conduct all listing appointments and convert appointments to listing agreements.
• Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes.
• Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
• Conduct price reduction appointments as needed.
• Communicate and work with client and team regularly to ensure clients’ needs are met.
• Present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and agents representing buyers until acceptance.
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Passionate about selling.
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
