As a Licensed Real Estate Listing Agent, you will excel in planning, organizing and coordinating the Listing and Sales process for Home Sellers. The listing agent must be able to educate our clients about what it takes to get their home sold at the best price with the fewest problems.
You’ll be working with an experienced and successful broker in the field finding and assisting prospective home sellers and buyers. You will learn tips and techniques that will develop your expertise in closing sales with a network of past clients and customers, as well as local and internet marketing and promotion. You will gain insight in the use of customer surveying techniques in market research, development and sales conversion. You will master the telephone and become confident, competent and natural calling prospective clients and customers.
