15-30 Hours a Week Or More Depending Upon Sales Volume On Listings. You can also help buyers buy homes as a buyer agent as well in addition to the Listing Agent Assitant Role.

Our top real estate team is looking for a Listing Agent Assistant to work with our Team Leader who will serve as the Lead Listing Agent on Listings to join our team!

The ideal candidate will work with the Lead Listing Agent to service seller clients after the Lead Listing Agent has secured the listing for the team and the Listing Manager has launched the listing live on the MLS.

For this position, you must have top-notch real estate customer service skills and can handle talking with buyer agent inquiries during the marketing phase of the property.

This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of real estate and be able to handle incoming offers and send them to sellers. After training the candidate must be comfortable and able to discuss best offers with the seller and negotiate to secure the best offer for the seller. You will be trained on how to do this but we prefer some real estate experience.

In return, you will have a steady stream of seller clients to be able to serve. The Lead Listing does all the marketing and prospecting to book the listing appointment. Then the Lead Listing Agent will sign the seller to a listing agreement.

Once that is done the Listing Manager from the team does 90% of the communication and work needed to get the listing live on the MLS.

You as the Listing Agent assistant take over once the listing goes live.

You will handle buyer inquiries and communicate to the seller any questions that need to be answered. (95% of the time you will not need to show the house.) Almost all the work can be done over the phone and the computer. You will handle most of the communication with the seller from the time the listing hits the MLS to negotiating the deal. Once the house is under the agreement the Listing Manager will handle anything that is process-oriented and you will only have to handle any problems that arise.

$50,000 - $80,000 (base plus commission bonuses)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 yearly
