We are seeking a Listing Administrator to serve as an assistant to our Listing Team. This position will require courier and deliveries to assist the listing team. 


This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. This person will provide exceptional service to all sellers from before a home comes on the market up until it closes escrow. This position also requires strong time-management skills, as well as staying task-focused in order to complete multiple projects.


This is a very tech savvy position, so strong technology aptitude is a must!

Responsibilities
  • Help to prepare and print Listing documents and presentations for appointments
  • Deliver Signs, flyers, keys and assist with open houses when needed
  • Scheduling showings and listings, tracking all scheduled appointments
  • Enter and update listings in MLS as instructed Assisting in the tracking and filing of all listing paperwork
  • Assist listing team with document creation, verifying information with vendors, requesting information from websites and compiling information about listings or rentals.
  • Document and update information into main and supporting databases.
  • Work closely with the Listing Team to ensure all listing needs are met.


Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly Learning based and solution oriented
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Open to new ideas and systems
  • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities

Compensation
$30,000 a year

The name Abbott is synonymous with real estate along Florida’s Emerald Coast. The Abbott’s have been making real estate their business since 1950 starting with the original Abbott Realtor, William W. Abbott Sr. In 1970, he became a broker and began selling condominiums at El Matador, one of the first condominiums built in northwest Florida.
