Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to determine their life insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Educate clients on the various types of life insurance policies available, including term life, whole life, and universal life.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs, considering factors such as coverage amount, premium affordability, and long-term financial planning.
- Guide clients through the application process, assisting with paperwork, underwriting requirements, and policy issuance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and regular policy reviews.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes related to life insurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records using CRM software or other relevant systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Life Insurance Specialist, Life Insurance Agent, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life.
- Active life insurance license for the relevant state(s) or a willingness to obtain required licenses.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in using insurance quoting systems, CRM software, and other relevant technology tools.
- Availability for occasional travel or virtual meetings, as needed.
Compensation
$118,500 - $123,500 yearly
