• Provide excellent customer service to those looking for coverage
• Onboard new clients and maintain existing ones - including booking appointments, inquiry response, and determining eligibility
• Meet with clients either over Zoom, the phone, or in person
• Work closely with managers to train, increase product knowledge, and set personal sales goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Must have a device that can connect to the internet
• Prior life insurance experience a bonus
• Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus
