We are in search of a self-motivated, assertive, accountable, action-oriented, and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts to join our team. This individual is a self-starter, strategic thinker, and highly organized, detail-oriented as well as an analytical thinker. This person operates with a strong sense of urgency, goes above and beyond, and has whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.

Compensation: 

  • $50,000-60,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed

  • Supervise all parts of seller and buyer transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, through closing allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs
  • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
  • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
  • Communicate (verbal, written, and in-person) professionally with clients and vendors and ensure all tasks are completed on time with the highest level of customer service
  • Data entry into relevant databases, calendars, and transaction management software to keep team current
  • Approach duties and responsibilities with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Be a self-starter and take responsibilities over from the Agent, set a plan in motion quickly, take action to complete tasks and goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Learning-based and solution-oriented
  • Team player who is willing to help when needed
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized

  • Appreciation and acceptance of accountability for their work
  • Florida Real Estate License (Required)
  • Transaction Coordination experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Very familiar using Stellar MLS, ShowingTime, and Databases
  • Professional demeanor

  • Interpersonal/oral and written communication
  • Quick thinker, learner, and self-motivated
  • Exceptional at follow-through, execution, and attention to detail
  • Provide concierge-level service to clients
  • Must be willing to work as needed to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable preparing listing documents, presentations, and other documents

Compensation
$50,000-$60,000 DOE
