Our highly successful real estate office is seeking a new transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. Once a home goes pending, you will work to ensure all paperwork is in order, arrange home inspections, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Applicants should enjoy helping people and our agents continually learn how to streamline our process. We are a fast-paced high-tech company. We have multiple support programs that make this job streamlined!

  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
$45,000 - $65,000 yearly
