The Greater Global Homes Group is seeking a driven, self-starting, motivated Client Success Coordinator to join our growing team. Through communication and a customer-centric approach, this position will work with our internal team in conjunction with external business partners to enhance the relationship of past, potential, and active clients on behalf of The Greater Global Homes Group. You must be proficient with managing your time, passionate about outstanding customer service, ready to contribute to a team environment, and possess superior attention to detail. This role is an administrative support role in a high producing and high energy sales environment. The right candidate will have a growth mindset and be motivated and driven by hitting stretch goals without compromising on accuracy and details.
As a Full-Time Client Success Coordinator for The Greater Global Homes Group, you will be responsible for coordinating all team client care and transactions from pre-consult to post-closing to ensure a service experience that yields lifelong clients and raving fans. You will be the main point of contact for all parties involved in the sale transaction and responsible for ensuring that all files are accurate, timely, and thoroughly completed. The Client Success Coordinator is an individual who is highly attentive to detail, draws energy from helping people, and is an excellent problem-solver. You have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, you are committed to putting clients first and to doing the right thing with the support of an entire team.
The Client Success Coordinator also demonstrates a desire to learn and regularly attends team meetings, check-ins, and one-on-ones with the Director of Operations.
