The position affords a lot of flexibility in scheduling and location. Most, if not all of the work that will be needed to be performed can be done remotely or from home. However, it will require an extreme amount of availability with little notice. Tasks will come up such as writing offers, addendums, listings, and scheduling appointments which will need to be handled with urgency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Must be willing to problem solve and navigate through various situations, and have the ability to step in and resolve concerns/problems to provide solutions for team members and clients. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.
