Denver based - CO Real Estate License required, minimum 1 year sales experience.

The Showing Assistant position is a commission-based career with unlimited potential.

You will be working with other agents and clients, so you must love people and be passionate about real estate.

What will you do?

  • Practice scripts, objection handling and presentations daily.
  • Lead generate for new prospects, cultivate a sales pipeline and follow-up with leads daily.
  • Set and go on appointments to educate clients on the home selling/buying process, show homes and negotiate contracts.

These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients.
  • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive buyer clients to homes.
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes.
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria.
