Potential Commissioned Compensation is $50,000+ for New Agents and $100,000+ for Experienced Agents.


  • Responding to online inquiries via phone calls, email, and text messages.
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Discuss goals to effectively sell/buy a house.
  • Negotiate contracts and work closing with other agents, transaction coordinators, title companies, etc to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and very best advice.
  • Prepare detailed list of property amenities and assess market impact.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.


  • Current Real Estate License.
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable calling online leads to get more information about their real estate needs.
  • Familiarity with the Cypress, TX real estate market.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age. College education is preferred but not required.
