We are seeking an exceptional Transaction Coordinator for our growing and dynamic real estate team to help keep our agents on track and ensure our clients experience top-notch service!

The ideal person is someone who cares about the quality of their work and enjoys working in a fast paced, small office environment. You'll have a friendly, positive attitude, be a team player and have a sense of urgency. We are seeking a self-motivated thinker, not just task manager who is detail oriented. The Transaction Coordinator brings his/here intent attention to detail to the table in order to play a key role in achievement of our real estate team's goals through the facilitation of smooth transactions from point of accepted contract to delivery of the keys.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, database management
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents 
  • Manage contract to close process
  • Work with all preferred vendors to including appraisers, lenders, title companies, contractors, termite inspectors and others
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers of the Team
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints on their transaction
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to CEO and President

Qualifications
  • Licensed in state of Arizona.
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high level accuracy with documents.
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized.
  • A true professional who supports the entire Team in achieving their goals.
Compensation
$38,000 - $40,000 annual

The Carol Royse Team is a family owned Real Estate team at Keller Williams Realty East Valley selling the entire Valley in the Metro Phoenix areas. We sell over 350 homes per year. We are a learning based Company and have been active in residential real estate for over 33 years. Currently, we close 40 to 45 closings per month.
