Experienced Transaction Coordinator who can take on the everyday tasks of assisting the broker in all aspects of the business. You will never be bored. This is a work from home position of around 15-20 hours a week. Times you work need not be consistent hours but you will be called upon to do tasks in the moment at any/all times. Essentially, you must be available to respond to both tasks and phone calls all the time. Responsiveness is essential in all aspects of the business.
Aside from hourly compensation you can expect to receive a bonus at each closing and other financial rewards.
