We are looking for a driven real estate transaction coordinator who has their real estate license to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from when a property goes under contract to closing to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate has their real estate LICENSE, extremely organized, and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. Salary is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience 


  • This candidate must have their real estate license and also have transaction coordinator experience. Please do not apply without these requirements
  • The TC will schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and possibly assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules and anything the buyer may need
  • Save customer information in the customer relation management systems, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
  • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
  • The transaction coordinator will oversee all administrative tasks regarding the home buying and selling transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Collect repair receipts and provide them to the agents
  • Gather and provide utility information to buyers and sellers
  • Responsible for coordinating final walk through's with the buyer and seller side and closing dates for our parties side
  • Stay on top of important contract dates for contingency periods and alert the agents on the team
  • The TC will be the main point of contact for Buyers, sellers and escrow companies, the title company and any law services.
  • Call the agents on the team for weekly updates on the agents deals and updating anyone else on the transaction


  • Our ideal candidate MUST have their real estate license and have transaction coordinator experience
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great experience for the customer
  • Obtained real estate license or currently pursuing
  • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational, verbal, and written skills
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, preferably some college experience
  • Highly valued experience in real estate positions such as: transaction management, transaction coordination, titles, mortgages or the like.

$50,000 - $60,000 Salary DOE
