Are you a real estate agent who loves working with home buyers? Do you love to meet new people and do something different every day? Are you a hard worker but you just don't have enough leads to make the kind of money you want to make? Then you would LOVE working on this team! 

We are a group of real estate agents in which everybody specializes in some aspect of the real estate transaction. We need to fill the position of Showing Agent right now.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
  • Promote the team concept to buyer clients by guaranteeing lead agent is involved and informed at all times
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ criteria
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc.
  • Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved

  • Writing and negotiating offers
  • Inspections
  • Setting expectations to maintain and/or improve to a 95% or higher success rate with a pending to close ratio for the clients and our team

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Thrives on being a true team player, working closely with others in the company
  • Does not mind spending a large amount of time driving
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
Compensation
$30,000 SALARY + BONUS
