We are seeking a personable individual to work with clients as a Showing Assistant. We are a vibrant and busy real estate brokerage in need of field service and showing agents to host open houses for properties in the area, help lead generate daily, set and go on appointments, and more.

Must be licensed to apply, or close to being licensed (about halfway done with school)

The mission of The Wexler Group with Keller Williams Preferred Realty is to provide the premier customer service experience for each home seller and home buyer we work with. The knowledge we have gained through years of working in the local market empowers us to provide our home buyers and sellers with the advice they need to make informed decisions. 


Responsibilities
  • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients, as well as identifying homes that meet the specified criteria from the needs analysis 
  • Working with clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
  • Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
  • Daily Lead generation in office
  • Held to all team standards and productivity standards
  • Full time hours
  • Must be willing to work weekends
  • Must be in office when not on appointments
  • Must have an active real estate license in the state of Illinois.
  • Meet all monthly/ weekly/ and daily goals.
Qualifications
  • Real Estate License (Must be currently enrolled in a Real Estate class or already be licensed)
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes


Compensation
$20,000 - $30,000 yearly
